🔐 How to Access JetBackup in cPanel

  1. Login to your cPanel account
    Access it via https://manage.servers9.com > My Products > Login to cPanel.

💾 How to Restore a Full Account Backup

A Full Account Backup includes all files, databases, emails, cron jobs, DNS settings, and more.

  1. Inside JetBackup, click on “Full Backups”.
  2. Choose a backup date you want to restore from.

  1. In the JetBackup interface, click on “File Backups.”
  2. Select a backup date.
  3. Browse your home directory and check the boxes next to the files/folders you want to restore.
  4. Click Restore Selected > Confirm.
  5. Check the Queue tab to see restoration progress.

🧠 How to Restore a MySQL Database

If your website relies on a database (e.g., WordPress, Joomla), restoring it properly is critical.

🧭 Steps:

  1. Click on “Database Backups” in JetBackup.
  2. Select the date of the backup.
  3. Click Restore next to the database you want to recover.
  4. Confirm and monitor under the Queue section.

  1. Click on “Email Backups.”
  2. Find the relevant email account backup by date.
  3. Click Restore, then confirm the action.
