You can cancel your hosting plan, domain, or other service directly from your client dashboard.

  1. Log in to your account at https://manage.servers9.com.
  2. From the menu, go to Services > My Products & Services, or use the link above.
  3. Locate the product or service you want to cancel.
  4. Click the “Manage Product” or “View Details” button next to it.
  5. Scroll down and click on the “Request Cancellation” option.
  6. You’ll be asked to:
    • Provide a reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
    • Choose whether the cancellation should be Immediate or End of Billing Period
  7. Click Submit Request to confirm.
